Dr David Hoadley

Qualifications
B.Sc.,M.B.,Ch.B., D.R.C.O.G., M.R.C.G.P., Cert Men's Health.

Graduate Auckland Medical School 1975 Postgraduate training in general practice London, UK. Certificate in Men's Health UNITEC. Senior lecturer, Dept General Practice, Auckland Medical School 1990 - 2008.

Keen Yoga practitioner - currently training as Yoga instructor [IYANZ] with a particular interest in Yoga for physical fitness and mental wellbeing. Interests also in men's health, older persons health, preventive medicine and chronic care.

Married with two adult children. Enjoys classical music, theatre, reading & travel.

Dr Tony Svensen

Qualifications

Graduated Otago Medical School 1980, Diploma Obstetrics Auckland 1982 5 years in General Practice in Christchurch and working at Avondale Health Centre since 1987. Gained Fellow of N.Z College of GPs 1998.

Interests in family health, preventative medicine, sports medicine.

Married with 4 children. Interests include motorsport, surfing, boating and fishing.

Dr Carolyn Sutton

Qualifications: MB, ChB, Dip Obst, Dip Paed.

Qualified in Auckland 1990. Has completed Postgraduate training in General Practice, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Paediatrics.

Interests are general, and in Women's and child health.

Enjoys the outdoors, travel, music, cooking and reading, when time allows!

Dr Carolyn is married with three children.

Dr Siobhan Latham

Qualifications
M.B, Ch.B, Dip Obst, FRNZCGP.

Graduated from University of Auckland. Siobhan has completed Postgraduate training in General Practice, Mental Health and Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Her medical interests are family health, womens health, preventative medicine and mental health care.

Siobhan has two teenage children. Her hobbies include cycling, tramping and conservation.

Della-Maree Trask

Have been involved in health since 1996, previously worked at the Air Force, Television New Zealand and CCL. Started working at Avondale Health centre in 2006.

Interest in mental health, and primary care.

Married with four children, one grandchild. Enjoys bush walks, travelling and supporting rugby.

Lona Cole

I am married with two children and am of Samoan, Irish, NZ heritage.

I am a Registered Comprehensive Nurse, working as part of the health team at Avondale Health Centre, and am currently doing further studies at Unitech.

I enjoy all aspects of nursing and working with people of all cultures.

My personal interests include family, all sports, music and cultural activities.

Jo McKinstry

Started working as a practice nurse at Avondale Health Centre in 1990.

Interested in women’s health, children and travel medicine.
