myindici™ Patient Portal  

Avondale Health Centre has transitioned to the myindici™ patient portal platform to enhance your health experience.

We allocate 15 minutes for consultations which is generally enough time to deal with one major or one minor issue. If you have a number of complex issues, you will need to book a double appointment.

By utilising the patient portal myindici™ it will allow you to continue accessing your medical records online, in a secure and safe environment.

• request repeat prescriptions and prepay

Online bookings require patients to be registered with Avondale Health Centre.
